Projects

  1. Renovation and Remodeling
Renovation is typically for houses that will be put on the market for sale or possibly lease purchase. A buyer, as opposed to a renter, is typically a more discerning client since there is a large financial commitment and a longer timeline in which they plan to occupy the home.

CRS takes considerable effort in making sure the home is attractive for a buyer both from a systems standpoint (functionality) and from a cosmetic standpoint (aesthetics). The details are important and are a big consideration when selling a home. In addition, other than it being a big commitment for the buyer, most buyers will have a buyer's agent that is programmed to notice the details and to let their client know about it. We pride ourselves in taking care of the details so that you don't have to worry about it. One less hurdle to getting your home sold.

  2. Turnkey (Rent-ready)
The Turnkey or Rent-ready process is typically for houses that will be put on the market for rent or lease. Many renters are not quite as particular with the details as a buyer since they see themselves only staying in the house for a short period of time (one or two years) compared to a homeowner.

CRS has turnkeyed hundreds and hundreds of homes that have been successfully rented. We know what to look for and to what level repairs and even some renovations should be done, thereby saving you money.
