We are a small company based in North Atlanta that provides residential turnkey services for houses all over North Atlanta. We strive to provide expert advice along with fast and friendly service to our clients.

Ashley Bryan

Ashley is the Turnkey Coordinator for CRS.

Before Contractors Referral Services, Ashley worked in the foreclosure department for a large real estate company in Georgia and also contributed to establishing new relationships between Independent Vendors and Property Management companies.

Ashley has also been involved with new home builders in the Atlanta area positioning as an office coordinator and personal administrative assistant.

Other job history includes; technical assistance for a commercial laundry distributor, vendor management, accounts management and sales and trade show representation.

Personal Information:

Born in Atlanta, Ga. and a native of the area.
In the real estate industry for 10+ years.
Comes from a family of real estate agents/brokers/and investors.
Attended Lanier Technical Institute for Business Management.
Currently the Maintenance Coordinator for Contractor Referral Services.

Chris Gervin

Chris Gervin is the Area Manager for CRS.
